Belvika utilizes an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system that meets the needs of progressive make-to-order and mixed-mode manufacturing companies. Our ERP system delivers built-in workflow processes that enable us to manage the entire order cycle. This program oversees all aspects of Production Management including planning, scheduling, inventory, and bill of materials, shop floor reporting, and much more.

We have a dedicated Sales and Operational Planning team to ensure execution of orders meets timelines.

Belvika takes over responsibility for the planning process once the forecast demand is made available by our customer. Belvika’s team works directly with our customer’s Supply and Demand Planners to conduct daily and weekly production planning meetings to review all forecast demand requirements.

The Belvika team continually searches for cost saving options to pass along to its clients.

Belvika is well positioned to support production should the need arise to activate a contingency plan. We offer the following;

  • Compatible equipment that can be utilized to support production surge to meet customer demands
  • Multiple facilities so we can transfer production if required due to uncontrollable events
  • Capacity available in our buildings and production lines should it be required to support growth
  • Access to additional buildings should a need arise to support production
  • Flexible labour resources available to meet increased demand
